HI,


1) Can we Install ASR manger as HA (High availability)?

2) When SR gets created for any HW failure it gets created with HW CSI or Software CSI?

3) If the SR gets created HW CSI them how the customer gets notified by mail. Because to activate the assets in MOS customer uses Software CSI?

4) Can we send the SR alert notifications to multiple contats?
