EM for mapping Enterprise Users to the Shared Schema

Hi All,

I've a trouble and I hope someone can kindly help me.

I'm working for mapping DB users into OUD, using E96086-04 doc (Enterprise User Security Administrator's Guide 19c). At paragraph "2.5 Mapping Enterprise Users to the Shared Schema" I've found

"Enterprise User Security can be managed using Enterprise Manager".

My question is: Is it necessary to use "EM cloud control" for this?

I known the old EM interface, but not the last. Trying with "EM DB express" provided with DB kit, I can't found any action available, only "performance information".

Thanks in advance for any answer.
