vip and cluster scan not mounted after application Oracle failed in RAC due to sqlplus connexion

Hello,

I have to apply an oracle patch in my database in a RAC environnement.

It failed because there were a "sqlplus" connexion, and the CRS was stopped. Then, I could not start CRS anymore.

Moreover, in "ip a " we see that the cluster scan, and the vip adresses does not appear.

Could some one help please ?

[root] # ./crsctl start cluster -all

CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.evmd' on 'host'

CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.mdnsd' on 'host'

CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.mdnsd' on 'host' succeeded

CRS-2676: Start of 'ora.evmd' on 'host' succeeded

CRS-2672: Attempting to start 'ora.gpnpd' on 'host'
