Anyone experienced an issue with ASO load buffers disappearing?

We have suddenly starting experiencing an issue with our database loads that use buffers to run ASO parallel data loads.

It appears that Essbase is dropping/not initialising one of the buffers and this causes the data load to go in a continuous never ending loop.

What's strange is it's random. We can run the script and it will be fine, then run it again and it will fail. There doesn't seem to be a consistency to it failing.

We upgraded from 11.1.2.4.039 to .43 last week and this co-incided with the failures. So we rolled back the patches to .039 but we are still getting the issue.
