How are other companies handling the California Covid Sick bucket pay regulations?
Here are the 4 options and none really work for our processes. We are curious how other companies are planning on handling this requirement. The first option works for about half of our workforce, but our drivers are paid component pay - their hourly rate is a rolling average used for meeting pay. They don't clock hours in the system since we don't pay them by the hour (except for the exception meetings and vacation pay). So none of these actually work for that scenario. Thoughts? Help?
