Should "Configure Web Server" be selected on load balancing server for EPM 11.1.2.4 ?

Greetings,

I am configuring on the 2nd Foundation server which is used for load balancing. Question is I noticed 2 services created, however I believe that the OHS service is added because I selected Configure Web Server. Can I have an expert confirm that on the load balancing server, Configure Web Server should not be selected? Many thanks...
