Unable to update price for a PO which status is 'In Process'

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC)

Environment EBS 12.2.4

I enabled retroactive price. and setup as below

  • Profile option PO: Allow Retroactive Pricing of POs is set to "OPEN RELEASES"
  • Receiving Option for this org has a value for retroactive price adjustment account.

I created 3 BPA releases。

BPR#1 is Incomplete Not yet Received / Billed

BPR#2 is Approved and Not yet Received / Billed

BPR#3 is In Process and Not yet Received / Billed

Update BPA price from 2.3 to 4. approve it and launch 'Retroactive Price' program.

BPR#1, BPR#2 are changed to the new BPA price 4.

BPR#3 keeps the old price 2.3
