Remove icons from the menu bar

Hello!

We are running on the Siebel 20.10. I'm wondering if there is a possibility to remove the icons from the Main navigation menu without modifying the CSS? Is there any System Preference that could fit this task?

Also it would be good if you could suggest how to replace especially the + for New Record, and icons for other standard buttons on applets?
