Server Manager Alerts in HTML (9.2.5.2)

Dears,

After we upgraded to tools 9.2.5.2 all our server manager alert emails have an attchment for the notification. We understood that with 9.2.5 the body of the email would display as HTML email (an enhancement). But in our case the email comes with 3 attachments as shown in the screen shot, with the details of the alert as a HTM file attached. Very oncovinient!

Any ideas what could be causing this.
