Canada T4, T4A, RL-1 rtf template and associated tag

Hi Team,

I have requirement to build custom eTEXT template for T4, T4A & RL-1. When I tried to find the xml tags in seeded template those are giving some random numbers <xdo:00190>. Can some one help me to get XML tags associated to each filed for T4, T4A & RL-1 extract.
