Additional information on testing Image 20 bugs 30770715 and 32141830

Hello,

These bugs are related to the auto enroll from wait list process and students with negative service indicators. My testing in a database with Image 20 applied and a different data base without Image 20 applied are giving me the same results. Students are still being enrolled from the waitlist even if there is a negative service indicator with an impact to stop enrollment.

Is there additional information on these bugs that would help with my testing? Has any other school done the test with different results?
