Upgrading fusion middleware 12.2.1.3 To fusion middleware 12.2.14 issue with readiness check

we are ungrading FM 12.2.1.3 To FM 12.2.14 with keeping same jdk 1.8.0_261 on RHEL 7.

After installing New product12.2.14, if we do rediness check we are getting following error

UPGAST-00007 domain <PathtoDomain> is configured as compact domain which is not a valid starting point for upgrade

Cause: a compact configured domain was configured.

Action: specify a domain which is not a compact domain.

Our domains are fusion middleware 12.2.13 fresh installed and created with JRF restricted mode.

Our domain we verified Not as Developer Domain, It is Production Mode domain.

Please advise ?
