ASM rebalance fail ORA-15041

Hi all !

After a suspicious crash of one ODA node (X5-2, 18.8) 14 ! disks we're "dropped" and one got status "predictive fail".

After replacing the failed disk and adding back the dropped disks the RB process is failing. Several attempts been made and each one is exhausting free storage. Before last try all disks had +600 GB of free space (DG DATA):
