California ACA 1094C/1095C files by GRE Question for Oracle EBS version 12.1 RUP 13

Hello - in working through registering with California to be able to submit our ACA files for 2020 tax year we were told that we had to register for each EIN (GRE in Oracle). We wanted to know if Oracle can let us know how you are designing the ACA files for California, see below for background and question.

With the IRS we have an Issuer TCC where we file our largest company's 1094C/1095C data and we have a Transmitter TCC where we file our 5 smaller GRE's 1094C/1095C data. For the other state ACA filings for NJ, DC and RI we have found that Oracle EBS has designed the output files to report on every employee who received a 1095C (whether or not they lived in the applicable state) and the files follow the IRS format so we get 1 file for our Issuer TCC and 1 file for our Transmitter TCC.
