Replenishment counting setup in multi orgs

Currently using replenishment counting for creating internal requisitions -> internal sale orders. The internal sale orders for the same SKU can be created in multiple orgs. What are the setups or how does oracle create these internal requisitions , internal sale orders for multiple orgs .
