How to I get dbms_shared_pool.keep to work on an editioned package?

I have tried to pin an editioned package that is editioned using the documentation. I've also verified the version of the DB we have, 19.10, supports it. It is not working. I enter the schema, object_name, namespace, heaps, edition with no luck. Any assistance will be appreciated.

Database: 19c 19.10.0.0

OS: Solaris SPARC 64 11.4

Object to be pinned is editioned and in a PDB

DB use: E-Business Suite.
