How do I Update the Expected Completion Date on a Communication for SR802 Enrollment Ver Report

We need to update the expected completion date on our Enrollment Verification Letter. I have the communication template, but "expected completion date" isn't a field on the template. This makes me think it is being pulled in with one of the other calls. Those are listed below. Does anyone know where to update the data for the SR802 Report. The only thing I could find is where to adjust the formatting of fields.
