JDE1 Tools - Personal Form question

I have an existing personal form that I created a year or so ago in form W17714A Work Order Revisions.

I now want to move one of the category codes from the Classification Tab to the Order Detail tab and include that change in the personal form.

I find the field, click Cut. Move to the Order Detail tab, click Paste. Line it up. But it never saves.

I've tried to save the existing personal form to a new name, save it to the existing name, reserve, unreserve, save first, save last. No errors. It just never saves.
