Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why would UNT_TERM_TOT not equal TOT_CUMULATIVE in STDNT_CAR_TERM?

I have a student who has UNT_TERM_TOT of 70.0 but TOT_CUMULATIVE of 30.0.

Background:

Student MATR'd Spring 2021 with 110.0 hrs of transfer work; currently enrolled in 6.0 hrs
Process run to reduce transfer hours to 70.0
STDNT_CAR_TERM now reflects the values above.
