Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear

i am trying to connect to a global server by using the following

start /SP/console

after I get OK type BOOT

then I got the error messages such as in the subject

please check the attached image

I need your support to solve the issue and boot my server
