Service request management across organizations

Hello gurus,

we're in a MultiOrg environment (Org_A is the main. the manufacturing unit, operating unit, selling)

at the moment we're managing SRs only in Org_A

The requirement is to extend Field Servicee SRs management to others organizations.

We'll have to deal business across ORGs.

Eg.

Org_A is currently managed in Field Service /Installed base

We have customers, items, connection between charges and order management

Org_B (new selling unit) must be managed as follows

both ORGs share install base items:

Org A sells IB Items to Org B, Org B sells same Items to her customer.
