Transportation - Intermodal Routing with Rateware

We are trying to setup an Intermodal Route from our Branch Plant in Santa Fee Springs, CA 90670 to our customer in Fairbanks, AK 99701. The shipment will stop in Kent, WA 98031 and change carriers. We have been able to successfully setup the route if we are using flat rates. However, we use Rateware for our rating and the Intermodal Route does not appear in the Routing Option from the Work with Shipments form. Is there something special we need to setup when using Rateware.
