RPAS server error - connection closed by remote host

While building the workbook, several users are reporting errors which says connection closed by remote host. This forces them to quit out of browser and start over again.

It happens after hitting finish in the wizard selection of the workbook (happens in all configured workbooks)

We are on RPAS 16.0.3 and this started happening recently. No code changes were made.

The Servers (domain and app where fusion client is installed) remains up which normal load in terms of CPU and memory and also respond to pings under 1ms. 

The issue resolves itself after an hour or so but causes disruption for that hour.
