Viewing Student Enrollment Appointments in Advisee Center

Good afternoon!

I have been bashing my head against the wall trying to figure this weird issue out. So Graduate Students categorized as GRAD are able to view their Enrollment appointments. The Advisors for these graduate students are also able to review these students enrollment appointments when in Advisee center. However Undergraduate students are unable to view their enrollment appoints and their Advisors are unable to view the undergraduate student's enrollment appointments within Advisee center, i know there is probably a simple fix for this, what am i missing here? thank you so much for your time and help.
