Data Extract to File via Task flow not displaying headers

Hello HFM Gurus,

Version : HFM 11.2.1

We have a task flow that extract's data to a flat file. The option of generating the Flat File with header is enabled , but the output file does not display any header information.

Any suggestions are welcome.
