ESBC- Cannot import certificate Failed to import certificate file

Hi


I have received a wildcard certificate for teams, after creating the CSR, i was provided a wild card cert, when i try importing it i get this error "Cannot import certificate Failed to import certificate file" , i tried using the GUI and CLI, copy paste and import as well as FTP the certificate but it keeps failing
