Hi,

I have seen oracle releasing Instant Client on 19.3, 19.5, 19.6, 19.10 -- almost on the same schedule as the Database Quarterly Release Update.

I am wondering why?

What is the difference between 19.6 and 19.10 instant client in content?

Does the instant client somehow include the quarterly functional/security fixes?
