Tips to improve the Paycalc

Hello All,

Just want to get some insights of how to improve the performance of PSPPYRUN - Pay Calc. We have like 26K employees and it takes like 1 hour and at time more than 1 hour on a payroll day for Preliminary calc and final calc. Please suggest if any to improve the processing time.
