Hyperion Planning work Flow is error out

We are getting following error from work flow when we are exclude plan cycle

Error:

Failed: Ambiguous Automatic User

Change status cannot change ownership since the automatic user cannot be determined. Either there were more than one user or there were no users available.

 

We checked the work flow is synchronized and also assigned owner. Any help is really appreciated
