Installed patch 30033914 - now missing item number on web pages

I installed patch 30033914 on Oracle Ebusiness Suite 12.1.3, Solaris 11, 64 bit in reference to interoperability note doc id 2580629.1 - which details how to upgrade to Oracle 19c. Currently, we are at 11.2.0.4. This is a good note, but one of the application patches was this one.

Repeatable, apply the patch and the item number is now missing or not displayed on Install Base web pages. If you drill in, item number is always missing.

This is the patch that did it. MOS suggested I ask in Community. I cannot find anything. Applied other patches to help, makes no difference.

If any one can help, would be good, already behind in 19c upgrade by weeks.
