Can an applicant have an application for two different careers under the same application number

Hi

We are currently using PeopleSoft Campus Solution 9.0 on PT 8.53.

I would like to know if an applicant can have an application for two different careers under the same application number. For Example, could an applicant apply for Diploma Program and Bachelors Programs both belonging to 2 different Acad Careers?
