E910 - Zebra Printer Setup

Hello

We have a custom UBE which generates 4"x6" shipping labels as BIP outputs. The setup is such that it is capable of printing 4 labels on a legal size 8.5"x14" sheet. We usually print using a laser printer and this works well without issues.

We have a new customer requirement to print shipping labels but now in A5 size. We are unable to print A5 labels using laser printers due to margin issues and hence the need to be able to setup Zebra thermal printers to print A5 size shipping labels. I have created a new RTF template and uploaded to E1 using P95600 and also added the zebra printer using P98616 with A5 dimensions 210mm x 297mm. Each time I print, the zebra printer lights up but nothing prints. Is there any additional setup I need to do. I have been researching online
