Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi, I have a question about Format Release.

Following is the Source and Target Version information.

Source : DB 12.1, OGG 12.3

Target : DB 19.0 OGG 19.1.0.0.1

Do I need to use Format Release in the Extract and should that be 19..1 ?
