E1: Program P04515 - Option for Electronic Media is grayed out (JDE 9.2)

Hi people,

We are facing and issue related with the last 1099 ESU install, in the program P04515 the Electronic Media option is grayed out, seems like just the Paper Forms option is active, does anyone has and idea of what is controlling this option to be active or not?
