Is there a guide to use the SAA_STUDENT_INFO Diagnostic Plugin?

This is an option on the Application Diagnostic menu.

I've run this tool a couple of times but it seems very difficult to determine/retrieve usable data especially if there are multiple rows (each click of a row bounces the user back to the top). It has useful data but it's not easy to use this tool. Is there a guide that can help?
