How to update a saved job schedule

If user schedules concurrent request and saved it to job schedule say for example named Test.

As system administrator responsibility going into system administration and manage schedule, I am able to search and see the schedule name, but I am unable to update or delete the schedule as it is not created by me. I even tried login as sysadmin account and still unable to do that. How can the user who created the schedule update or delete the saved schedule? How can people with system administrator responsibility able to update or delete other people's saved schedule? Right now I feel like the manage schedule function can only manage my own schedule. Please advise. Thank you.
