Why is PS collecting municipal tax for 01742 Amelia, OH?

PeopleSoft system is withholding 01742 AMELIA (CLERMONT COUNTY), OHIO but according to MasterTax Amelia, OH is no longer collecting municipal tax, as of 12/31/2020, according to the OH Tax Finder. Is this expected in Tax Update 21-B to be eliminated?
