Employee Rate Not Found error in P311221 Hours & Quantity Entry

Hello,

The Finished Good part is setup for Standard Costing. All Work Centers have labor rates frozen. The cost was rolled up and frozen. I am entering Hours & Quantities via P311221 and getting error "Employee Rate Not Found".


Isn't it suppose to pull the rates from Work Center Rates instead of from F00191 (Generic Message/Rates) 31/ER? What am I missing?
