Account Activity Detail Report won't populate for second book

Our company maintains two books for depreciation. One is our CORP book that we generate ledger entries for. The second is a MEDICARE book that we maintain to submit an annual cost report.

We are trying to populate the account activity summary report with the detail for the Medicare assets, however the report (AMAE2120 Account Entry Detail - Depr) continues to be blank. No transactions are detailed even though I can produce a summary report (AMDP2030 Account Activity Summary - Dep) with annual activity.

We have attempted to load tables with Medicare depreciation detail but nothing we have tried seems to populate this report.
