dba_audit_trail is empty even though parameter and options have been set

Hi guys,

I have a database in RAC, version 19.7, Linux Platform has parameter audit_trail and some audit options enabled. However, the dba_audit_trail is still empty.

Would I have some ideas what's wrong with the setting or something else please?

Moreover, as you can see, not only the CREATE TABLE, but also all other options including CREATE SESSION was not logged by audit too.
