odbc.ini showing old SEor825.so library post upgrade to IP20.10

We have upgraded from Siebel IP15.9 to IP20.10 and ran migrate installation on servers. Issue is we could see 'SEor823.so' lib files in gtwysrvr/sys/.odbc.ini & 'SEor825.so' lib files in siebsrvr/sys/.odbc.ini.


But IP17+ onwards SEor827.so' lib is available for ODBC, even I see this ESor827.so present in siebsrvr/lib.

Why didn't latest SEor827.so lib value get updated in .odbc.ini post upgrade ?
