Unable to access my Linux instance from web (HTTP)

Dears,

I am able to access my linux instance (CentOS) from the console and from the command line. I was able to install apache on my server. However, When I try to access my instance (public IP) through the browser I am getting (This site can't be reached)

I have added the proper compartment and I have updated the security public list to include allowing access from HTTP (web) with no luck.

Can anyone help me.
