Display both value and percentage in the Bar graph and Pie Chart?

I have a requirement where I need to display both the value and the percentage in the Bar graph as well as the Pie Chart.

I have attached a sample on how the data should be displayed for both the charts.

Please let me know if this is feasible using the RTF Template. Also, The output needs to be generated in Excel or PDF, thus I am using the RTF template.
