Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Steps for fresh install of Agile PLM 9.3.6.15

What would be the steps/components for doing a fresh install of Agile PLM 9.3.6.15 on Windows 64? Is it possible to start with:

• 19c database install,

• FMW 12.2.1.4,

• Agile PLM 9.3.6, installer patched for 12.2.1.4,

• Apply RUP 15

or must getting to 9.3.6.15 be done as a series of installs and upgrades? We're looking for the shortest path, please.
