Data Selection Issue After Tools Upgrade to 9.2.5.1

I am having a weird issue with data selection after upgrading from tools 9.2.4.4 to 9.2.5.1. When I run a UBE on the Weblogic JAS server and select the data selection check box. If I change the default data selection, the changes are ignored and the UBE runs with the default data selection. Has anyone else seen this issue? I cannot seem to find any errors in the logs.
