Pint W2 form batch by the form pages

I like to see if anyone prints their W2 batch sorted by the w2 form pages (1 page, 2pages, 3 page, 4 pages). We send our files to our Printing Shop. They likes the files to be sorted by the form numbers so that they can put it into the enveloper by machine. How you deal with this printing issue? The Printing Shop has suggested to put some print marks on the forms. Is it allowed by IRS? Thanks very much for any suggestion!
