Moving password of RAC DB to ASM and changing SYS password with Password file on ASM

Hi

We have a 2 node RAC servers where we are running multiple RAC Databases

We have 2 questions on the PASSWORD files

1) Currently the password files for one of the RAC databases is on the local file systems under $ORACLE_HOME/dbs on each node. We want to move the password files for that database to ASM Disk group. How can we do that?


2) We need to change the SYS password for one of the RAC databases and the PASSWORD file is located on the ASM Disk Group. Can someone please help us as to what exactly we need to do to change the sys password of that RAC database that has the password file on the ASM Disk group?
