Ability to decrypt PGP encrypted files in Oracle EBS 12.1.3

Currently we are receiving daily files from our bank with PGP encryption. These files flow through Integration layer where they are decrypted first before they are sent over to our Oracle SFTP server for further processing. The idea is to move decryption from integration layer to Oracle because of PCI compliance issues.

We are looking to explore if PGP encrypted files can be decrypted in our Oracle SFTP server or in EBS.
