P6 Web, Resource Analysis Charts Logic

Hello Community,

With reference to the screenshot below which is from P6 Web version 19.12.11, it seems that there is no way to move or sort the components of stacked charts in a favorable manner but can someone help me to understand on what basis the software decides to stack them?
