Generate Allocations Transactions giving Exception

in Projects - EBS (MOSC) 9 commentsAnswered 
 I ran the PRC: Generate Allocations Transactions but program is giving 
  PA_AL_ZERO_SOURCE_POOL_AMOUNT The source pool amount cannot be 0. No allocation can be performed though there is a balance for the source project, we are using EBS 12.2.8 ver ,as per metalink note 1630866.1 i have setup the Profile options but still the generate allocation program is giving the same excetion
Please advise what's missing here ? Thanks
